of the biggest problems when trying to stop smoking is weight
gain. Smoking is bad for you, but so is being overweight. How

on clothes and breath.
- Overweight, possibly
leading to obesity and an increased likelihood of even more
illnesses, such as diabetes and heart disease.
However, if you look a little deeper, it's not just avoiding illness
and smelling sweeter that you're after - you want to feel better.
And why do you want to feel better? So that you can have a better
quality of life. What you really want is to be able to enjoy your
life in ways that are much more satisfying than the momentary
buzz you get from a cigarette or a chocolate bar.
