For so many women, that picture is marred by the fact that they
are overweight. However, if you start a few months before your
wedding, you can shift that excess fat and look stunning on
your big day.
You'll need to cut down on unhealthy fats and sugars, but maintain
a balanced diets, including healthy fat, protein and low GI
carbs. Avoid fast foods and ready made meals, which often have
hidden ingredients which are not good for you.

Be sure to take regular exercise - it needn't be a trip to the
gym. A daily walk in the park is enough and if you can, a few
sessions of running, kicking a ball around or skating or cycling
will get your heart beating a little faster.
Be sure to
include high fibre foods in your diet, for example fresh fruits
and vegetables, wholegrain breads and rice, and beans and lentils.
Fibre will add bulk to your meals; and help you feel full, which
will keep your appetite down.
